ASH PAN

The Ash Pan is great. Because of the wide front, you can scoop up everything from fine ash to big, live coals and bits of wood without spilling it everywhere or losing half of it on the way out of the oven and then, because of the raised sides, everything stays in place on the trip to your coal bucket or ash container, where it just slides out.

And, of course, the broom fits in the pan neatly, so when you’re sweeping the floor or clearing out the coals, everything works really well together.
